Education of the Poor in Indonesia

The feeling sense muakku had reached its peak . After reading rubric harianKompas Humanities in today's edition , I became increasingly jengkelsaja the Indonesian education system policies that are becoming more ugly alone . Lately Humanities rubric Compass is a lot of highlights on the condition of education in Indonesia . Beginning with the bright idea of news about one of the RW in one of the villages in which the Sala Three creative initiated an alternative school for junior high school students to the concept of school opening up in the madness may be more accurately called the folly of the government on the design of a new system of education pathways .
In this new system of education that the government will split the track into two track education major , is a standard formal and formal channels independently . The division line was based on differences in students' academic ability and financial . Independent formal channels established for students who are academically and financially . While formal standards for students who are financially could not afford even less to say .
In other words, formal independent pathway for students is rich while the path is the path of formal standards for poor students . Ridiculous indeed . I got no idea how could education boxed -boxing based fianansial level of the learner . In this case , the government argued that the formal channels independently will be provided scholarships for students who are less able to poor to seek knowledge at this point. The question now is how many scholarships are available sich ? .
The Government has said that there will be at least five percent of poor students who attend each school organizes formal channels independently . According to me it is also one of the other forms of ignorance . Just try to imagine if there was a poor student who received a scholarship to attend formal postscript independent school where students rich . Is not this condition actually makes these poor students become insecure and inferior . When his friends always wearing a clean uniform and neatly ironed using a softener and deodorizer clothes while the poor students is only able to wear the old uniforms aka hibahan of its neighbors , such a condition would not even make the poor students became the object of spectacle for rich students ?
Is sharing this educational path is one of the missions of government in an effort to educating the nation ?
I think education is the only way for our nation to catch up with other nations . I was quite impressed by the government of Cambodia and Thailand are starting to improve itself by focusing on the education of its citizens . Both countries started his free education for its citizens . The Cambodian government itself began to shift nineteen percent of the total budget that is usually used as a military budgets to support the development of education .
So as where the vision and mission of education in Indonesia ? Where are you taking education in our country ? Is education has become a commodity that will result in the form of a certificate outputan and diplomas instead of expertise and analytical power ? And if education and rights only belong to the rich alone ?
Is it the poor banned from school ?
